Q: Can I see a sample of your magnets before I place my order?
A. Our customer service department will be happy to send you samples. We can be reached by email via the website, or you may call toll-free 877-879-3342.
Q: Can I use my own artwork for the magnet?
A. NO problem! Just click to upload your images. You can use our advanced design tool to move or change the artwork and to place text. You can also choose artwork from our extensive design library and customize it to fit your needs.
Q: Can I change the artwork after I´ve placed my order?
A. Check the “order history” section in your customer profile and as long as doesn´t read “printed” or “shipped”, you may alter the magnet in any way.
Q: Can I reorder the same artwork without having to upload it again?
A. Your artwork will be kept on file and can be re-ordered in the click of a button. If you need to make change you can do that at this time.
Q: How will I know when my order has shipped?
A. Click “order history” to track the progress of your order through printing and packaging. When it is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number.
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A. Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipping to California.
Q: What if there is a problem with my order after I receive it?
A. Refrigeratormagnets.com offers a first-time buyer guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product you´ve received from us, we will refund the purchase price (less any shipping, handling or taxes) up to $100.00.
